The Rooney Baseball Initial Skill Evaluation goes beyond simply watching an athlete throw or hit. We evaluate how the athlete moves, how efficiently they perform baseball skills, and which physical qualities support or limit performance. Our philosophy is that efficient movement creates better baseball skills, greater consistency, improved performance, and a reduced risk of injury.
